Refund policy

Products purchased in our store have a return period of 14 days after receiving them.

Products made in a personalized way, returns are not accepted.

Returns will not be accepted after the expiration of the 14 day period (no exceptions)

All return costs will be paid by the customer.

All returned products must be in perfect condition. If they have signs of use, stains or odors, the money will not be refunded. In those cases we will send the product again to the customer, after payment of the costs of this new shipment.
